ORDER INFORMATION

Once placing your order no cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email us ASAP at [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

We know how amazing it is to get your product in hand and use it! Please email us at [email protected] to ask any further questions about products if you are unsure.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We are happy to exchange your product if you change your mind for a credit note, on the strict conditions that it is:

  • Within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product is still in usable conditions
  • Must have all tags still attached.

No returns on sale items, for change of mind.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will be issued with a Credit Note via email, which will allow you to repurchase any item of your choice. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. 

RETURN CONDITIONS for HOVERBOARDS

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • The laws around the use of scooters on public lands, roads and areas vary from state to state.
  • We recommend you always check your local council road laws for non road motorised vehicles.

Our warranty covers any technical faults/manufacturer defects, but does NOT cover the following:

    1. General wear and tear due to improper use
    2. Water damage.
    3. Chassis/frame damage
    4. Broken or loose charger port/pins
    5. Damage caused by accidents (such as scratches or broken shells)
    6. RGB LED Light Strips Damage (LED Fender Lights)
    7. Bluetooth & Bluetooth Speakers

We will cover any manufacturing defects or electrical malfunctions and repair/replace your Hoverboard at our repair facility’s discretion, however, the Return of shipping must be paid at the buyer’s expense. All products received in a defective condition must be reported within 7 business days and returned within  15 days of receipt (Must be in “original packaging” and in the same condition as received).

Your warranty begins on receipt of delivery and if your Hoverboard is outside the warranty period, we do offer a repair service for our customers.
 
Return Shipping for Warranty Repairs

To return your defective Hoverboard under warranty, you will need to first contact us within 15 days

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to our facility regardless of the warranty-related issue, however, we cover all costs associated with the repair and the shipping back to your address. DO NOT remove the product logos or labels. This will void your warranty.

**All returns must include tracking and full insurance to cover any damage during transit.

Warranty is void if your Hoverboard shows visible signs of damage or has been misused beyond what is considered normal use,  including water damage. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty, only defects in craftsmanship such as receiving a product DOA or a bad chipboard.

In order to submit your claim, use our contact page and describe the exact problem that you are having.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Send your item/s back to the address below via a trusted post method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended.

Returned products are assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. You may then be issued with a credit note voucher via email. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

CAN YOU HOLD MY ITEM FOR EXCHANGE?

Please note due to the high demand for our product, we are unable to hold Item for exchange. If you are worried about missing out on your item, but need the product ASAP we recommend repurchasing the same item, with correct colors and description. Once we receive the original item back we will refund you for the initial purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

The Hoverland Australia Team pride themselves in hand checking every item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect item purchased and used.

Hoverland Australia is happy to help you out with a refund if the product you have purchased is:

  • Significantly different from the description shown
  • If it is faulty and can’t be easily fixed or replaced.

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY

If you wish to return your product/s to change item or change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last 12 months from the date of issue. You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay if the goods are faulty and can’t be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse please continue to pay your payments.

SECURITY CHECKS

You may be required to verify your account, if our online support team contacts you. Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person’s card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.

COVID-19 

Currently all parcels are being shipped as normal. In the event that the government decide to shut down retail, shipments may be delayed. Your parcels will be sent out as soon as possible.
